History
Mid Pacific Air began operations out of the Hawaii Inter- Island since the beginning of 1981. It established itself as one of the three major Inter- Island carriers. It flew Rolls Royce powered, 60- passenger aircraft, and guaranteed the lowest fares with more services. They offered 80 flights a day between Honolulu, Maui and Kauai.
